All of sudden, Jiji's gone.  Feels so weird.  Reunion with the Victor family.  Reunion with dojo people.  Stepping on the mat for the first time in over twenty years, with both Teru and Mitsu.  Something Jiji probably thought would never happen again.   I hope he's in a better place.

Emi got it in 7th grade, Sage got it in 6th grade, and now this year Abby gets the Rotary Club Good Citizenship Award in 6th grade, which includes a hundred bucks!  To receive their award, we go to the American Legion to have breakfast and receive their award.  It's a strange experience.  But, it's a good thing and glad to see all three of them receive it since only two kids per middle school grade get it each year.  The teachers must like them. ^_^

Mud Factor

I usually don't do races, never felt I was the endurance sport type, but a Mud Run looked fun, was only 5K and Groupon has a deal so David and I did our first ever race together.  As the kids get older, it'd be fun to do it with them too.
