Abby and I took Roscoe to Obedience class, a six-week course, once a week down in Hemet. I'm not sure if Roscoe is more "obedient" as a result but I think he's a slightly better dog as a result. He learned some basic commands, and overcame some of his fears as he tackled some obstacles. It was neat to see him show improvements as the weeks went by.
Going up a ramp was something he didn't feel comfortable with but with the help of doggie treats he did it!
Going through anything circular was a big challenge for him, it seemed to scare him. But after a while he run through tunnels and even seemed to enjoy it.
